I create a safe and empathetic space where patients feel heard, respected and empowered. I view each patient as an expert in their own life, allowing their goals, values and strengths to guide the therapeutic process. What I enjoy most about my job is that each day brings a new opportunity to do meaningful work, helping others become the best versions of themselves. My empathy and desire to help others inspired me to work in behavioral health, making therapy a natural extension of who I am. This helps build trust and makes patients feel heard, enabling me to guide them through their personal healing journeys.
